Privacy policy
Straight answers about which data we collect and how we use it.
Strigy Studio respects your privacy. This policy explains which data we collect, why, on what legal basis, and what your rights are under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Data controller
The controller of your personal data is Strigy Studio, Croatia. For any question about how we process data, write to us at info@strigy.com.
Which data we collect
Through the contact form we collect only the data you enter yourself: name, email, optionally phone and company, and a description of the project. We use that data solely to answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal.
The server temporarily logs standard technical data (your IP address and the time of access) solely for security and to prevent abuse of the contact form: for example, to limit the number of enquiries sent from the same address in a short period.
Legal basis for processing
We process the data from the contact form on the basis of your consent (given by sending the enquiry) and in order to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, that is, to prepare a proposal for the project. Technical data processed for security is handled on the basis of our legitimate interest in protecting the site from abuse.
External service providers
An enquiry sent through the contact form is handled by a server function on this domain and sent to us by email through our own mail server (mail.strigy.com, with our hosting provider). The content of the enquiry therefore does not pass through an external form service. If that delivery fails, the Web3Forms service is used as a fallback route; it delivers the content of your enquiry to us by email and, in that role, acts as our processor for that purpose only. The hosting provider and the fallback provider process the data solely on our instructions. We do not sell your data or pass it to third parties for marketing purposes.
Analytics
To measure traffic we use Google Analytics, which uses cookies to compile visit statistics. Google LLC accesses Google Analytics data under its own terms and privacy policy.
We also use Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used: it records mouse movement, clicks and scrolling, and builds heatmaps and session recordings from that. Clarity does not record what you type into form fields. Microsoft Corporation accesses the data under its own terms and privacy statement. Like Google Analytics, Clarity loads only after you give consent.
Cookies
Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity set cookies to distinguish visitors and measure traffic, but only after you give consent. On your first visit a bar appears with a choice of “Accept” or “Essential only”; until you accept, neither of them loads or sets any cookies. You can change your decision at any time by clicking “Cookie settings” in the footer. Fonts are served locally (they are not loaded from external services), so no data is collected through them.
Data retention
We keep the data from an enquiry only as long as it is needed for our correspondence and any work that may follow, after which we delete it. Technical security logs (the IP address used to limit the number of enquiries) are kept for a short time, solely for the purpose they were collected for.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected, erased, its processing restricted, and the right to data portability, as well as the right to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, write to us at info@strigy.com and we will reply within a reasonable time.
If you believe your data is not being processed in line with the regulations, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), the supervisory authority in Croatia.
