Gospoja Mendula
Iva and Tomislav planted their first 400 almond trees in Korlat in 2011. Today there are 3,500, organic-certified since 2014, what was missing was a place where customers could order the almonds themselves. We built them a webshop: 16 products, a cart that calculates shipping by weight, one-page checkout and an admin board they run stock and orders from without us. The client reports 10% higher sales.

Approach
Behind this shop there's no marketing team, just two people who left the city and planted an orchard. That had to stay front and centre: warm photography, a calm layout, product descriptions that read as if the farm wrote them, because it did. The selling sits below that, without a single step too many: catalogue, cart, checkout. With one rule: anything that changes week to week, Iva and Tomislav change themselves. That's why the shop comes with an admin board.
Challenge
A local product sells on trust. A customer seeing organic almonds at 18,27 € a kilo for the first time has to understand why they cost that before reaching the cart, and once they decide, they can't hit a single obstacle. The other side of the challenge never shows on the site: almonds are harvested seasonally, stock shifts week to week, and someone has to be able to update it without calling a developer.
Solution
A webshop with 16 products across seven categories, from raw almonds to gift boxes. The product page keeps everything on one screen (the price with VAT, stock level, organic certificate, delivery time and returns) with customer reviews and FAQs waiting below for anyone who reads on. The cart opens from the side and calculates shipping by package weight: for a ~250 g bottle of oil it comes to 4,80 €, with the EU worked out at checkout. Checkout is a single page: card via Stripe with Apple and Google Pay, or bank transfer. Alongside the shop we built a complete admin board, Iva and Tomislav run every order's status and every product's stock from it.
Result
The client reports 10% higher sales, with customer feedback circling the same point: they reach the almonds in a few steps and never get stuck. The farm no longer depends on middlemen or on arranging deals over messages, it sells from its own site. Stock on it is accurate because the people picking are the ones entering it, and a new product goes into the shop without us coming by.
