SeaExplore
SeaExplore runs group and private speedboat tours from Trogir and Split (to the Blue Cave, Hvar, Brač and the hidden coves of Central Dalmatia) plus taxi-boat transfers for when a guest just needs to cross from the mainland to an island. Three different products, each with its own sales logic, had to fit onto one site without the confusion.

Approach
SeaExplore is a small Trogir crew (a skipper and a hostess on a single speedboat) offering guests three different ways to get out on the water: join the Half-Day Island Tour with others, hire the whole boat for a private day, or request a taxi-boat transfer to an island. Each of the three products sells differently, so the site is laid out the same way. The flagship tour is booked and paid for instantly online: the guest picks a morning or afternoon departure, the party size changes the price live, and the deposit is charged straight away by card via Viva.com, with the balance paid on board. Private charter offers four ready-made routes from €680 to €1300 per boat, or the guest builds their own day by choosing from eight coves and islands. Transfers run on a simple enquiry with a clear "from" price for ten departure points, from Kaštela airport to Hvar and Bol.
Challenge
SeaExplore is really three different businesses under one name, a group tour paid for in advance, a private charter that's arranged, and a transfer that only needs confirming. Every guest arrives with a different question, and a single generic "send an enquiry" form wouldn't serve any of them well enough.
Solution
We split the offer into three clear tracks, each with its own booking logic. The Half-Day Island Tour got a proper online booking with instant confirmation and a deposit by card via Viva.com. Private charter got a catalogue of four routes plus a build-your-own-day tool for choosing coves and islands. Transfers got a price list of ten routes and a short enquiry with no payment up front.
Result
In a couple of clicks the guest works out which product is for them and books it the way that product is meant to be booked: card and instant confirmation for the tour, an enquiry with the right details for the charter and the transfer. SeaExplore's inbox fills with bookings that arrive already sorted, instead of scattered emails.
What we built
- Online booking for the Half-Day Island Tour: pick a departure, party size changes the price live, deposit by card via Viva.com
- A catalogue of four private charters (€680–€1300 per boat) plus a build-your-own-day tool with a choice of eight coves and islands
- Taxi-boat transfers: ten routes from the mainland to the islands, a "from" price per boat, an enquiry with a personal confirmation
- A tour page with an hour-by-hour itinerary: five stops in five hours, across three islands and two swims
- Reviews from all three channels: TripAdvisor, GetYourGuide and Google
- Blog guides with local tips: on the Blue Lagoon, day trips from Trogir and getting to Hvar
- A separate FAQ for the tour, the private charter and the transfer
